What is Get The Full Scope?
At Get The Full Scope, we specialize in construction estimating, scope review, and project documentation for restoration contractors.
With extensive experience in exterior restoration, Xactimate estimating, construction methods, building codes, and manufacturer installation requirements, we review project documentation to identify missing or incomplete construction scope and help contractors accurately document the work necessary to complete a project.
Every contractor operates differently. Some simply need a professionally prepared Xactimate estimate, while others need ongoing estimating, documentation, and administrative support throughout a restoration project.
Xactimate Estimate Writing
If you simply need an estimate, we offer stand-alone Xactimate estimating services. Provide us with your photographs, measurements, reports, invoices, and other project documentation, and we will prepare a detailed estimate reflecting the documented construction scope and applicable project requirements.
Supplement Documentation & Scope Support
For contractors who need additional assistance, we provide construction supplement documentation and administrative support. Services may include reviewing existing estimates for omitted or incomplete construction items, preparing revised estimates, organizing supporting documentation, submitting contractor documentation, responding to requests for additional construction information, and facilitating communications regarding scope, quantities, pricing, building-code requirements, and manufacturer installation requirements.
Our role remains focused on the construction scope and the contractor's documentation of that scope. We do not interpret insurance policies, determine insurance coverage, advise policyholders regarding their rights or duties under an insurance policy, negotiate insurance claim settlements on behalf of insureds, or provide public-adjusting services.

Meet the owner
Nikki DeAngelo is the founder of Get The Full Scope, bringing years of experience in the construction and exterior restoration industry. As a proud graduate of Minnetonka High School, Nikki has strong ties to her community. After earning her college degree online through the University of Phoenix, she began her career in sales, gaining firsthand experience working directly with homeowners and managing projects from the ground up.
Over time, Nikki expanded her role to include estimating, project documentation, and business management, where her attention to detail and deep understanding of construction scope review became invaluable. She has also held sales management positions, training and supporting teams while ensuring that projects remain organized and progress smoothly.
Today, Nikki resides in Minnetonka with her two boys and their very high-maintenance English bulldog, who is convinced he runs the household. When she’s not immersed in codes, estimates, and project documentation, you’ll likely find her at the gym, reading a good book, gardening, enjoying Minnesota summers by the pool or out on the lake, or simply spending quality time with her boys.
